Shipping Policy — Chemo Kits

Thank you for shopping with Chemo Kits. We’re committed to getting comfort, hope, and thoughtful care packages into the hands of cancer fighters and their loved ones as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policies below.


Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Rates are automatically calculated based on your location and the weight of your Chemo Kit.

Standard Shipping (U.S.)

  • Delivery within 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Carrier: USPS or UPS.

Expedited Shipping (U.S.)

  • Delivery within 2–3 business days after processing.
  • Carrier: USPS Priority or UPS 2-Day.

Express Shipping (U.S.)

  • Delivery within 1–2 business days after processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping to Hospitals

We are able to ship to hospitals, infusion centers, and treatment facilities. Please ensure:

  • The patient’s full legal name is listed.
  • The hospital’s correct address, building, and room number (if applicable) are included.
  • The facility accepts deliveries.

Chemo Kits is not responsible for delays or returns due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.


Incorrect Addresses

If you entered an incorrect address:

  • Contact us immediately at admin@chemo-kits.com.
  • If the order has not shipped, we will update the address for you.
  • If the order has shipped, we are unable to reroute packages. Returned packages can be resent at the customer’s expense.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If your order is marked “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, building management, or the carrier before contacting us.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email photos within 48 hours of delivery to admin@chemo-kits.com, and we will replace the damaged items.
  • Chemo Kits is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or USPS/UPS operational issues.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our products, all Chemo Kits are final sale. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to admin@chemo-kits.com and we’ll make it right.
